There are two kinds of outsourcing. One is where you outsource all or part of a process. This is also known as Business Process Outsourcing (BPO). The other method of outsourcing is to hire a third party to fill positions in your company. In this scenario the staff from the outsourcing company report directly to you.  Examples of tasks that can be done using either option include:

When you utilize Staff Outsource Solutions in a BPO capacity we take the time to establish exactly how your process needs to be done and how the perfect end results looks.  We will work with you to establish SOPs, KPIs and/or service levels to measure our performance against expectations.

In the staff outsourcing you give us the skills, credentials, experience or other requirements of the talent needed and we provide you with screened candidates for your consideration. The staff remains in our employ but they report to you and are accountable to you.  You will provide the training. You pay Staff Outsource Solutions who is responsible to pay the salary, benefits, insurance, etc of the talent. If the talent needs to be replaced, Staff Outsource Solutions will do so at no additional cost. You pay a flat hourly rate.
